Effective Date: June 21, 2025 By accessing the InnowRX website via desktop, tablet, mobile or any other feature or other InnoRX platform (collectively, "Our Website"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you may not use Our Website.
In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and "InnowRX.com" refers to Innovation WoRX LLC, and "you" and "your" refers to you, the user of Our Website.
We may modify these Terms for any reason-at any time - by posting a new version on Our Website; these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes.
Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for changes. If you object to any provision of these Terms or any subsequent modifications to these Terms or become dissatisfied with Our Website in anyway, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of Our Website platform (collectively, "Our Website"). Innovation woRX ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including participation in liaison events we organize between SAM.gov registered vendors and Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs).
By using our website and or registering for an event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
1. Eligibility
Our services are intended solely for businesses registered with SAM.gov. By registering for an event, you affirm that you are authorized to represent a SAM.gov registered vendor. Innovation woRX is a private, independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any federal agency. Use of our services does not guarantee contract awards or direct engagement with the VA.
2. Event Participation
Event registration grants access to participate in a liaison event coordinated by our team with selected VAMC personnel. Participation may include one-on-one sessions, networking opportunities, and presentations relevant to federal procurement and contracting.
We reserve the right to deny participation to any vendor who does not meet eligibility criteria or who behaves in a manner deemed unprofessional or disruptive.
3. Fees and Payment
All event registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees are listed clearly on the event registration page and may be subject to applicable taxes and processing charges.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy below for details regarding cancellations and associated refund amounts.
5. Changes and Cancellations by Company
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, unavailability of VAMC personnel, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, registered vendors will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future event.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and distributed during events (presentations, materials, recordings, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including missed opportunities, contract outcomes, or business losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the state in which the Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below is our official refund policy for event registration fees:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@innowrx.com
- Valid requests made 30 days or more before the event date will receive 100% Refund
- Valid requests made 15 to 29 days before the event date will receive 50% Refund
- Cancellations requests made within 14 days before the event date are Non-Refundable
Additional Refund Details:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving a valid request.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during registration.
Refunds do not apply to no-shows or attendees who fail to participate without prior cancellation notice.
Note: The Company reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of verified emergency or hardship, at its sole discretion.
