Standard Operating Procedure for VA Event
An Innovation woRX employee will be assigned to be your point of contact assigned to the VA medical center. Initial collaboration is conducted with Public Affairs, Prosthetics Chief, Logistics Chief, and relevant department chiefs. After securing a date and a location within the medical center, an approved Vendor List (approved by Logistics and Prosthetics) will be used to collaborate with the departments that are relevant, as well as compliance with occupancy codes.
Focused Event
Event will be dedicated to a specific category, i.e. Neuromodulation, which might include the following examples of different FDA approved Neuromodulation devices:

Keynote Speakers
Innovation woRX will organize for a speaker in the respected category to present on a new clinical study or advancement in the field.
Updated CRM technology and user-friendly Information exchange
Attendees will be given a badge* at the entrance with a QR code of their information. This will allow for a more efficient way the information is processed and utilized.

Food Provided to all Attendees and Vendors
Breakfast will feature fruits, yogurt, cereals, and bagels with spreads. Lunch will include vegetarian salads, vegetables, and a variety of pre-packed meal options such as BBQ, Greek, Panera Bread, Chipotle, and Saladworks.
