  • How does Innovation Worx support Community Care workflows and working with the VA?

    We help bridge the gap between providers and the VA's Community Care program. We are working to coordinate with local VA facilities and community care advocacy groups to make the referral and authorization process clearer for everyone involved. Our events and educational sessions walk providers through how Community Care workflows operate, what the VA expects at each step, and the best practices that help care get delivered smoothly. The goal is to give providers the knowledge and connections they need to navigate the system with confidence.

  • How can in-network Community Care providers use our resources?

    We work with in-network Community Care providers to help them understand how to use the Community Care program—and the VA itself—to order a wide range of care modalities for their patients. That includes items like topical treatments, medical devices, and other at-home care options. Many providers know the clinical side well but find the ordering and authorization process unfamiliar, so our sessions focus on making that practical and usable, helping providers get patients what they need without unnecessary friction.

  • Who should attend our Community Care Day events?

    Our events bring together healthcare providers, community organizations, industry leaders, and innovators who want to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.  The event will feature exhibitors offering at-home products and services ordered through Community Care providers, including neuromodulation, BCI, and wound care solutions. Attendees will include providers across primary care, pain management, PM&R, OT, and PT.

  • What does a vendor booth include?

    Table, signage, badges, electricity, and a pamphlet of local in-network Community Care providers.

  • What are the hours of Community Care day events?

    The events are from 11am to 6pm with lunch and a light dinner served.
