  • What is the procedure for a Vendor to be invited to a hosted event at the VA facility?

    After collaborating with Prosthetics and healthcare providers, a list of Sam.gov–approved vendors will be cordially invited to attend the expo.


    Your assigned Innovation WoRX Representative will contact your company to begin the process.


    Information needed:


    • Point of contact for the event

    • Notification of refusal or acceptance (within 7 days of initial contact) – vendor must sign the Notification Form

    • If the vendor accepts the invitation:
    1. Vendor demographics
    2. Signed Vendor Agreement
    3. Vendor payment for event

    Vendors will receive:

    • Event itinerary
    • List of specific healthcare providers or department staff critical for patient care within their department
    • Event instructions (parking, set-up time, and any specific guidance from the VA)
  • What is the Refund Policy?

    We understand that plans can change. Below is our official refund policy for event registration fees:


    Cancellation Requests


    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@innowrx.com

    Refund Schedule


    • 30+ days before event: Full refund or option to register for a new date.

    • 14–30 days before event: 50% refund or 80% credit toward a future expo.

    • Within 14 days of event: Non-refundable.

    Additional Refund Details


    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving a valid request.

    • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

    • Refunds are not available for no-shows or participants who fail to attend without prior cancellation.

    Note: The Company reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of verified emergency or hardship, at its sole discretion.

  • Do we Offer Different Package Levels?

    Yes! We offer two package options designed to give you the best value:


    Silver Package – Purchase 15–19 events and receive 1 event free.


    Gold Package – Purchase 20 or more events and receive 2 events free. This package also includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, and a complimentary CRM scanner rental.
